Operation Making a Change

OMAC is a program created and designed by Gerald Gibson. The organization provides mentorship, coaching and support to teens and adults to enhance their self-awareness skills in order to break the cycle of problem behavior and make a sustainable behavior change. The program also seeks to enhance respect, discipline and accountability.

The OMAC mentorship program is conducted in three phases over a minimum duration of 12-weeks. However, the program may be tailored to meet the necessary structure and needs of an institution. The program allows each participant to strive to excel and proceed to the next phase. Determination of advancement to the next phase will be evaluated and determined by the facilitator(s). Upon completion of all phases, there will be a graduation ceremony where each successful participant will be awarded a certificate of completion.
